Riding the Rides

McKenna was big enough for some of the rides. She was able to go on the ship and drive the Jeeps (Uncle Isaac was be so proud of her in her little Jeep). She really liked the Jeeps but not too sure about the boat. The lady said it was not fast, but it looked fast to us standing and watching our little girl. She was actually smiling and did not cry at all, so that was relieving!!

Meeting Characters

McKenna met SpongeBob, Angelica, and ScobbyDo today. She loved touching them, she was not afraid of them at all!!

King's Dominion

Today, Thursday, we headed out early to King's Dominion. It is about 45 minutes away from our house. It is Paramount's Theme/Water Park. We had so much fun!! So did McKenna. Everything was a first for her. Here we are just inside the front gate. McKenna was all sunscreened up and ready to play!!

VIDEO: Rocking

Mc is doing the "rocking" thing all the time now. Trying to learn how to go forward, but still moving backwards. She can now go across the entire room, but butt first.

Accident

Yesterday, Saturday, all three of us were on our old road headed to the old apar

tment to check the mail, and all of a sudden we were rear-ended. Very scary, we were all shock up and McKenna was screaming. The fire dept came and checked her out, I had a very bad headache and my neck hurt then all of a sudden I felt dizzy so they took me to the hospital to get checked out. I am fine, we are all sore today. Hopefully our car will get fixed quickly. We just thank God we were on a side street and not the highway. Long story short, the car in front of us got a ticket for no brake lights and the car that hit us got a ticket for reckless driving. These pictures are hard to see, but they should work.

Pool Fun

Mc loves splishing and splashing!

New Pool

We got McKenna her first pool today, she loves it. It is made especially for babies, padded bottem for her little bottem. And a few blow up floaties. We filled it up with warm tap water and she played in it out on the deck for about 30 minutes. She didn't want to get out, but it was dinner time. She will be looking forward to "swimming" everyday now!!

Almost Summer

It is getting warm here, already in the 80s most days. So McKenna picked out a new swimsuit since she will be taking swim lessons at Forest Park this summer. She also played in the grass for the first time the other day. She loved touching it. And she loves her pretty flower that Nana Dana won in Vegas!!

Cookies

Mc eats the Gerber cookies now, she loves feeding herself and they really keep her busy, but they are MESSY!!!

New Socks

Thanks Nana Dana for the new socks!! I love them!! And the outfit from The Children's place, so grown up!

Deck

Daddy after a long day of work, with McKenna, hanging out on the deck. Look at all those trees in the background. Oh yea, McKenna loves to sit in the laundry basket, by can't do that anymore because she can pull herself up and out.

Life of Mc

Here she is being her silly self. In her new highchair cover and in mama's room. She got into my socks and dumped them everywhere, then ran around the house with my sports bra. She is a busy bee!

Mc Is So Adorable

She is wearing her moccasins that Bill got her!! They were so cute on her, but all she really wanted to do with them was un-tie them and eat the strings. Her and Parker are best friends!! They play together all day. And her she is sleeping during her afternoon nap. You can't tell, but her butt is sticking up in the air. Oh and this lizard I found out on our deck hiding under her toy. Crazy.

Playroom/Dinning Room

All ready, well need to get Mc her toy bin this week!!

Living Room

This room is now complete, even with our pictures on the wall!! And Mc is playing with her toys and watching mama's cokking show!!

Landing

Now I can sit in the glider when I feed Mc at night, instead of on the floor.

Trav's room

This is Trav's room/ spare room/ office. He gets to decorate it with his Silvertips stuff!!

Laundry Room

Well....the start of one. The washer and dryer are now in there, just not out of the boxes.

Small Room

This is the room you walk into when you come out of the garage, behind me are the steps up to the first floor. We store extra food and water and stuff here.
